Area sales managers
Retina Paints is expanding rapidly and looking for high-performing and result-driven Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to lead regional business development. As an ASM, you will be responsible for managing dealer/distributor networks, driving revenue growth, executing market strategies, and ensuring brand visibility within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales operations within the assigned area

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Plan and execute promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives

Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, gather feedback, and resolve trade issues

Monitor sales performance and coach the sales team/distributors for improved results

Coordinate with the supply chain, marketing, and accounts teams for seamless operations

Ensure proper product display, inventory planning, and timely collections

Provide regular reports and updates to Regional Sales Head
