Retina Paints is expanding rapidly and looking for high-performing and result-driven Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to lead regional business development. As an ASM, you will be responsible for managing dealer/distributor networks, driving revenue growth, executing market strategies, and ensuring brand visibility within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales operations within the assigned area

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives

  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, gather feedback, and resolve trade issues

  • Monitor sales performance and coach the sales team/distributors for improved results

  • Coordinate with the supply chain, marketing, and accounts teams for seamless operations

  • Ensure proper product display, inventory planning, and timely collections

  • Provide regular reports and updates to Regional Sales Head
